STAFF & AUDIENCE PROTOCOLS
- Masking:
Wearing a mask that fully covers your nose and mouth is not required at this time. Some shows, and Performing Artists, may require masking, please check show pages on this website for more information. - Assumption of Risk:
Attendance to events at Lincoln Theater is subject to facility rules and regulations including compliance with COVID-19 protocols. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the performance or event, including but not limited to potential exposure to COVID-19. Management reserves the right to refuse admission. - ERV System:
While the theater was closed through 2020, we upgraded our air filtration system to create the safest space possible for our patrons and staff. Our upgraded ERV system replaces 30% of the air inside the theater every 10 minutes with outside air – thus the inside air is replaced entirely by outside air approximately 2x every hour. - Social Distancing:
Seating at Lincoln Theater is “General Admission” for films and events unless otherwise specified. There is typically plenty of room within the theater to self-distance from other patrons. In addition, there are sections of seats along the back wall that are socially distanced at all times. These seats are first come first serve for general admission. We encourage patrons to consider practicing social distancing when choosing your seats and while moving around the theater. - Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the theater.
- Covid-19 Refund Policy: What if I am sick on the day I have tickets?
Tickets are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable except for illness that is Covid related. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting for a test result and are required to isolate, or if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms, please email us or call the theater office at 563-3424. Leave a message, and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a future show or refund your tickets if we are not able to honor them at another time.
Lincoln Theater reserves the right to change safety protocols in accordance with CDC COVID-19 updates and recommendations.
