COVID-19 PROTOCOL AT THE LINCOLN THEATER
Please be assured, we are taking the responsibility of keeping you and our staff members safe and have implemented the following changes and procedures at the Lincoln during the present time:
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the theater.
With pandemic procedures in place, we are currently offering online ticketing only. This ensures that all transactions will be touchless credit card purchases. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our website at least one-hour prior to showtime. You may print your ticket at home or bring the confirmation with you on your cell phone. If you require assistance, or would like to purchase tickets by phone, you may call the Lincoln Theater office at 563-3424 on Tuesdays between 10 am and 1 PM and we will be happy to assist you.
Covid-19 Refund Policy: What if I am sick on the day I have tickets?
Tickets are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable except for illness that is covid related. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting for a test result and are required to isolate, please email us or call the theater office at 563-3424, leave a message, and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a future show.
If you, or someone in your immediate family, have cold or flu like symptoms on the day you are due to attend a performance then please do not come to Lincoln Theater. Please email the theater office or leave a message at 563-3424 and we will gladly move you to a future show.
We are now offering reserved seating to ensure appropriate social distancing in the auditorium. In order to reserve seats together as a group you must make the reservation for all the seats in your party at one time. You cannot purchase tickets to be added to a group at a later time. As a social distancing measure, the three-seats on either side of your party will then be blocked off and will not be available for purchase by another group for your selected screening. Currently we are opening at 20% of normal capacity (50 seats).
Our elevator use will be limited to one party at a time. There are hand sanitizer stations, as well as tissue stations and trash cans outside of the upstairs and downstairs elevator doors should you wish to use a tissue when pressing buttons. We recommend your party allow extra time to access the elevator should you wish to use them to enter the theater.
Two check-in stations will be set up in the main upstairs lobby. Please maintain the social distanced check-in line while you wait your turn. Please scan your ticket and proceed to your seat. Our staff will monitor the auditorium and assist with seating prior to the start of each screening.
All Lincoln Theater staff members and guests are required to wear face masks at all times, including while seated in the theater.
The theater’s concessions are temporarily closed. No outside food and drink will be allowed at the present time.
Our restrooms have been modified so that they can be used by only one person at a time.
Lincoln Theater staff members will be sanitizing high-contact surfaces frequently. This includes all door handles, countertops, bathroom stalls, faucets, railings, etc. Seat arms and backs will also be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each screening.
