Curious about acting? Intrigued by theatre and what it takes to be involved? This class is for you! Whether you’ve dabbled in acting or have absolutely no experience we welcome you to join us in this one-month class held on the stage at Lincoln Theater. You will explore the various tools actors use in developing character, learn new and fun games you can play with your friends and family, and walk away with a better understanding of what it takes to put on a play. The class culminates with a small performance for invited families and friends.
Masks will be required.

We are pleased to welcome Let’s Act Up! Instructor, Teralyn Reiter.
Teralyn earned her MFA in Acting from the University of Montana, and arrived in Damariscotta in June 2020. She founded Storytree Children’s Theatre in 2011 Charleston, SC where she and a team of artists brought professional theatre education and performances into schools. She has had the opportunity to perform and teach throughout the US, Europe, and Asia.
