Salt Bay Chamberfest
Illuminations Festival Concert 3
Pre-concert lecture by Mark Mandarano at 6:30 pm
An SBC co-commissioned work by Bruce Adolphe featuring Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center musicians, together with Trajectories for piano with video projection, create haunting abstractions of darkness and light. Dvořák’s Piano Quintet in A Major, by contrast, breaks through the clouds with hope and joy.
